Have: English Promo Foil Mad Auntie
Greetings, I still don't know what it is, but I have it in hand. This is the Mad Auntie card with "Magic the Gathering" in the text box and the starburst foil pattern. They look just like the Japanese versions that everyone has seen except they are English language. Collector # is 3/3 J08. I am in n...

Gathering Ground is one of the worst places I have ever dealt with during my many years of buying Magic. I placed a pre-order that they did not fulfill and they responded with unprofessional behavior and refused to refund my money. I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. Before that, ...

The intro decks contain normal border (non-extended) basic lands with Zendikar art. Do you wan to pay an Intro pack for only 10 basic basic Zen Land ? Even if you ignore the fact that you get a few other cards, a rare foil, and a sealed booster pack in the box, it works out to be less than 60 cents...

Yes, I too am interested in knowing what kind of basic lands are included in Zendikar Intro packs. If they are m10 lands, then I don't really care, but if they are non-full-art zendikar lands, that will make them quite a rarity as that will be the only place to get them... The intro decks contain n...

Photo
Hi Hans-Dietrich, I am sorry that I do not have a scan, but I was able to get a photo. Any darkening of the English version is simply lighting artifact in the photo - it looks exactly like the Japanese version in person. I've seen countless Japanese versions, but I had never heard of or seen an Engl...

The old magic booster display boxes had pictures of the card backs instead of nice looking eye grabbing card art. The purple "card" is cut off of the top of an Arabian Nights booster box. The color relates back to the first plan WotC had to differentiate the expansion sets from each other by changin...

English language promo Mad Auntie – where is it from?
Sorry if this info has been posted before, but I could not find it in the forum search. As you would expect, the card is simply the English version of the Japanese promo that we have all seen before. The only difference is the language and the letter in the collector #. Does anyone have any history ...

I would add bigfireball.com and abugames.com to the USA list. BigFireBall seems to have good prices and I’ve had several orders go well. Abugames.com owns kardkastle.com and they share an inventory, but I find the abugames.com website easier to look at. I buy very frequently on-line in the US and I ...

These are all good points, but I would like to offer a counterpoint to the first few sentences of Rainsford’s post. The following is a comment on the site’s policy and no individual’s guilt or innocence. There are quite a few precedents for websites taking action to protect their users from people w...

These are the ones that I know of. If anyone knows of any more, please let me know. Wow, thanks. Will start looking. Though it makes one wonder why some of these would need alternate art... but, oh well. They all have skulls in the non-Chinese versions. Chinese versions have the blobs or rocks inst...
