on a side note, is psa/DNA grading scale different from usual PSA ? This top border can't grade as a 9, so is it the "signature grade" ?

after a year (or so) off, i'd like to upgrade this very last card for my dual set - NM/M condition - sketched with similar art on back would be awesome i got mine from Erl00, it's EX+ish, he explained me Snoddy did sign a lot at the beginning and literally used to put the cards with "not-dry-yet ink...
