The easiest possibility is: a guy got a complete uncut sheet from the printing office and cut the single cards out...

I can offer some German Sapphire and Emerald Peanuts, if someone is interested. I can sell, but more I'm interested in trading for non-German versions (except English Sapphire and Emerald).
