Thanks for the help MagicIsCardboardCrack. For some reason it was giving me a different image number than what you pasted, maybe that was the problem. Matt - It's virtually impossible to know for sure that it hasn't been searched at some point, but I think it's fairly safe to assume it hasn't. The p...

This is my first time posting to mail brag, this was just too cool not to post. A big thanks to Hayden for making the deal easy and safe, I am very excited to own this piece of Magic history! I added the text on the picture to avoid having a bunch of fake Summer packs pop up on eBay. I know this was...

Hey Gary! I sold a large Summer collection last November, so my sales figures are pretty recent. The Disenchant sold for $143 and the Mountains sold for $227, $193, and $247. That being said, most of the stuff I sold went quite a bit higher than what most people thought they were worth. I can't say ...

Hey guys! To answer a couple of the questions: berkumps - These are all duplicates, no relists. The only relist I have scheduled is the Lotus for next week, since I have to make a new listing with the updating ink information. It really is a shame that it has ink on the edges, it was a beautiful Alp...

And the new price of a NM ungraded broken Alpha set is ... just shy of 34K. Grats, Preston! I and other Alpha set owners around the world salute you.. and drool.. and wonder.. In the interest of full disclosure, here are a couple things to factor into that price: The auction total for everything wa...

Hey mmgun! This is Preston, the owner of Icarus Magic. I'm not sure what your username is on eBay, could you tell me the $ value of items you won? I can help you decide the best way to ship your order based on that. Usually, I recommend Priority Mail for anything over $300 or so, and Express Mail fo...

Oh really? I didn't know the starter boxes didn't have any difference (obviously the starters themselves do). That is quite a dilemma, and no real way to solve it other than to assume that the box is Beta unless you want to open it (which I'm sure you don't).

I had planned to just collect Alpha and Beta sealed product (and Summer, just since it would be amazing to have a sealed pack), but I would probably pick up an Arabian, Antiquities, and Legends box if they were priced well. Yes, I'm just after the old English sealed right now, but you're probably co...

Hey Mark and Gary! Thank you for the welcome to librarities, I've been trolling the boards for the past year and am certainly happy that I can now contribute. Mark - I don't think having everything up at once hurts, at least I hope not. :) It's hard to say for sure if it's better or worse to offer t...

hello and welcome, Is it a better deal to break your set and sell it card by card rather than a complet set in once ? Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear about that in the original post. Each card is being sold in a separate auction, but the whole set is currently up. The only cards being sold together a...

Great Condition Alpha set on eBay

Hey guys! I finally got my account activated and wanted to post to let you know about an almost complete Alpha set I just listed on eBay (each card is listed in a separate auction). It's missing a Timetwister and a few other small cards, but is otherwise complete. All of the cards are in great condi...
