Cool, I wouldn't buy it but it's an interesting topic.. I don't have an image hosting thing.. Do I sign up? I can just send you scans of what I mean about Fischer. PM me your email. Those prices are really high but I think the Enchantress is the best piece of Alpha art. If I didn't collect art I'd b...

Randy Asplund had a few that were "touched up". Those were easy peasy though considered this. The more I think about it the more I'm sure... I didn't have the internet then... Not sure what other publications covered MTG back then that I could have read. I would have been in Germany then. I could be...

"How radically different? Do you have scans?" Yes I do, I'l get those up in a bit if anyone's interested.. It's cool cause they all came with the instructions on the back, like the descriptions of what WOTC wanted the card to look like. Sorry bout all the rapidfire posts... Original art is "my thing...

I have some Scott Fischer stuff that's "radically" different than the cards. I dunno if they had any programs to alter stuff when Ice Age came out. I'd bet it's the same piece though.

Good question! I bought 2 of them at Frank and Son's from a very reputable dealer and they were missing the white corners as well. I decided to return them cause I was a little worried. We did the tests and compared them with other Beta cards... Then asked the other dealers. Everything looked good b...

The WorldCon is happening near here this week (Anaheim) and it looks like they have some MTG artists going. I'm hoping to get some original art from the Foglio's! Anyways, if you live around here it might be a fun Con to check out. Ps: Anaheim has some kind of inferiority complex on a massive City w...
