Visa. I know in Japan I can only use the post office bank and citibank. HAven't been to Europe since I was 13 so I am unsure about banking there. CAnada also has strange debit card rules.

not sure if you are interested but over on the auction site there is a signed shivan artist proof. seller seems to be passing it off as 1/50. not sure.
