Usually I think cracking ABU sealed product is just plain insane. However, doing it for a sealed event like this is pretty much what the game is all about. I can't think of a better use or way to open sealed ABU. Especially since everyone there gets to watch and enjoy. This would be really awesome.

They were sending people away to die in forced labor camps for "not crying enough" when that guy died. I feel for the people of South Korea who have to deal with such a difficult neighbor. And of course it goes without saying that I feel for all the starving North Koreans living in squalor because t...

If the card is only miscut on one side and has a normal back, you can be confidant it's a genuine miscut. These kinds of miscuts are quite rare though.

If I remember correctly, there was a miscut revised underground sea about a year ago (maybe more?) that fetched a large sum. After that, you started seeing a pretty steady influx of revised miscuts for auction. They would often come in waves by the same few people.

Why destroy them? "So they don't get into the hands of people and damage the brand somehow." -Not a serious argument. This is actually a very serious argument. Brand control is everything. It's got nothing to do with storage costs and everything to do with maintaining tight control over their produ...

Thanks berkumps, I think you are right. I appreciate your help with this issue. It is also interesting to hear that the T-Chinese starters are not actually sealed inside the deck. I noticed that when I tilt the starter one way or the other, the sound it makes as its contents slide a little bit insid...

Question about Chinese 4th Edition Starter

I have a dumb question. I bought a Chinese 4th edition starter deck and noticed that the golden security band around the top is not actually a foil band. Instead, it's just a ring of gold paint on the plastic seal. This makes me suspect the possibility that the starter is a fake. :-k I have very lit...
