It's a Pyroblast for tournament purposes. Miscuts are played as the name on the card.

Prismatic Ward and Fylgja use the old symbol because they were preview cards inserted in certain magazines. WotC didn't want to spoil the new white mana symbol, so they did this.

I got the military league playmat. Didn't get the rest of the junk, though.

This thing is quite interesting. It's got a 1997 copyright date and a WOC code. Has anyone ever seen a WOC number on a friggin' playmat?

BTW... its WOC99193.

All I can tell you FOR SURE is that I have a Thornscape Familiar that has a silver border (I could scan if needed). I was told that it came from a precon deck. I was told the entire deck was like that, but I never saw them. I would like to though. I guess we can assume that maybe just one sheet end...
