<snip> But this brings me back to an earlier question. Do we want a project that raises money primarily from existing forum members, or one that raises money from the Magic community at large. If we want the latter, then we probably want to have a fairly large print run (at least relative to some o...

I really like the idea of dual lands with similar layout to the textless MPR spells. Art shouldn't be all that hard, just go to a local art school and offer a "starving artist" some cash for all the pieces.

Re: Magic watches?

A while ago (like a year) a former WOTC employee sold a watch on ebay with the wizards banner on the face. Ended relatively cheap but I missed the end of auction time. I check from time to time for them but rarely see anything.

Re: Uncut antiquities sheets...

A while back Cardhaus had two antiquities sheets. One Common and one Uncommon. I think they were between $300 and $500 but can't remember 100%. I was looking at the Uncommon sheet since it had Ornithopter on it. When I was finally prepared to purchase it (aka saved my pennies) they were gone...

Re: E3 - mouse pads

I too have a set coming (and missed a set for $5.00 total). This is at least the second year they have done these at E3 as I got a set of 4 last year.

Re: eBay

I agree with most of what you said. I tend to get dissappointed sometimes with lax grading. This is why I try not to buy anything too important on eBay. Feedback is a whole different issue that I get frustrated with sellers not leaving feedback until after the buyer leaves feedback. &nbs...

Re: Mana symbol cloth patches

If *who* will use it? Someone from Beckett took a picture of my foil Crystalline Sliver (and me holding it) and said they might use it in their magazine.

Could be there... could be on WOTC... only time will tell.

Re: Mana symbol cloth patches

Are you in Philly now? I saw coolio today and Thursday. Technically yes. I got down on Friday and will be leaving in an hour or so. Didn't spend all of my time at the PT. I brought the misses so we played tourist a little as well and went through the historic side of the city as...

Invasion Poster from Spider-Man

Don't know as this is the right place for the link but it seems promotional enough to me. Auction says everything important I guess. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=60360&item=7513439247&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW Apparently a MTG poster was in Peter Parker's room in the backg...

Re: Help me restore this Mox Ruby !

A Nice Pencil Eraser has also worked wonders on some of my WB Cards. Not all erasers are created equal however so some tests are needed. Some soft pink erasers can leave pink marks (also erasable with a good eraser). However I don't have any help for ink over the card picture.

Re: EBay auction press approval card

There were two others Ryuseiand Helm of Kaldra. These weren't BIN, and went for significantly less (around $11 each).

I had been watching them but decided to focus on other things.
