Hey Raphael, good poll idea. I voted 10-19 based upon my research mainly from info sites such as this and others but I have no hard evidence to support my choice. Considering that I currently own 1/4 of a full Summer Rare set I am hoping they are as rare as I think they are... even if that means the...

How do you know the item is fake/rebacked? Am I missing something here? If you know it is a fake 100% then for sure you should report it and the seller. I would even go so far as to try to contact the current bidders to tell them if you happen to know any of them or can figure out who they are (ther...

As for the Beta mislabeled... I can confirm these things happen as I have a PSA graded Unlimited Tropical Isl that is really Revised. Same as other examples of set mislabels. White to white, how does one go from black to white? ::shrug:: True enough. white to white mistakes I can almost accept the ...

I have to agree that something looks a bit fishy... at least with the grading (definitely not a 9). As for the Beta mislabeled... I can confirm these things happen as I have a PSA graded Unlimited Tropical Isl that is really Revised. The grader from PSA was definitely asleep at the wheel that day......

Hey James those are very qood questions - I too would love to know people's opinions. Also if I could add one more relevant question... What are people's thoughts about the current value of English P3K cards (and sealed product for that matter). Do you think we are hitting a value peak or can you se...

If im not mistaken bids within an hour of close can not be retracted. Oh that makes sense now. I thought that might be a rule but I could not find it. Anyway, James is right - that is a really cool card to own so don't sweat the cost. But if you really still feel that you made a mistake and overbid...

I hear ya... I too have made similar typo blunders that have resulted in spending more coinage than I wanted. But something confuses me in your case... You put your last bid in aprox 3.5 mins before auction closed. The total at that time would have been $255.00 as your bid of 550 would have taken ou...

Re: Signatures and alterations on rarities

I think part of the collector in me died inside. I agree 100% OMG!! What was that person thinking? I know an owner has the right to do whatever they like to their treasures ... but really - on a Summer Sol #-o That's like buying the Mona Lisa and drawing a mustache on her. If a person can afford to...
