Just saying.

Because of scarcitygames ? lol when it comes to gurus I feel there are likely a bunch of hoards of them around. I know one of the dudes that works for CFB was trying to pick up 40 of each. I've got ~20 of each and I always run into people telling me their friend has a ton of them (when they see min...

was there a reason behind this? bad numbering? done by third party once it got sold?

I have played cube, but I don't pay the cube owner to "temporarily" use their cards, nor do I expect to keep their cards that I've drafted. If these are phantom cards, make it like other phantom events that are free to join with no prize support. Kinda defeats the purpose of mtgo, to make money. Be...

Re: Magic Online Cube: Holiday 2012

UMM, WHAT!?! So I have zero chance to get any of the P9? What the hell is the point then? uhm.... duh? I take it you've never cubed before. Its purely for the enjoyment of drafting such powerful cards together just like a real cube. I'm not going to go out and gather up all the cards to make a cube...

Because of his peculiar situation, he functions as the authenticator of the actual "artist proofs" - as in, those given to the "artists," that bear his (misspelled) name, no matter how many unauthorized, basically gray-market cut sheets are made. I' wager if you had a cut version, knew it was a cut...

Artists told me that the championship prize original arts are taken by WotC upon completion. we've had peeps in this forum confirm the art for vintage world champs card IS the prize. The card frame is all fancy matting for a piece of original art. http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?...

I remember seeing many cards from the Unlimited edition in my area that bore the exact same crease in the exact same place as that Plateau back in the 90's. think there is an explanation around here somewhere about what it was as well. I've seen a fair number of cards have that line across the back...

Re: Protecting Oversized Helvault Cards

I've got some oversized helvault cards that I need to ship. I've been looking for sleeves and hard case toploaders that would be the right size. So far I've come up empty at the local gamer and hobby stores. Any suggestions or alternative solutions? just use a DVD mailer? I'm sure they would fit in...

There is some gloss left on it so I'd wager that it was a BOP originally and not a land. Printers don't really run out of ink like that half way through printing any how. I suspect they were planning on printing the bottom half and turning it into a full art bird but then ran out ink. Either way... ...
