I am trying to send a PM to mystical_tutor (Maybe he can answer me here in case he is receiving it), and it looks like not sent. I can find them in the "Outbox", but not in the "sentbox". I have my PM system up to a 93% full.

What can I do to solve this?

Up to my knowledge, the only languages that doesn't provide these booster packs (Thus the promos too) are the chineses. The other languages have the boosters available, so I guess the promos do exist.
