Yes it will cost him, and I haven't sold anything on eBay in a long time, but the way it used to work is the higher the starting bid the more he pays.

Also the buy it now option costs money.

I am curious to know what a card with a normal magic back and an all black front is worth (a black filler card). I traded for it yesterday; the kid said that he got it out of an Oddysey pack/deck of some sort. Your help is appreciated.
