Dragsamou, I completely understand where you're coming from;) I hope you'll get your needed immediate support! My post was meant for a possible long term solution to raise funds for the site. I was personally skeptical when the idea was raised here before (some years ago) but now having seen it work...

You should consider the print idea the last moderator had. He was too fixated on John Avon for some reason... You could basically create a limited edition art print "limited edition" or whatever (doesn't even have to be a print but some item) which could possibly realize a profit and support the sit...

I like how the people extend the borders and remove the original artists signature and then put their own sig or initial in there like they did something remarkable...

Was going to put this in my boys room but his mother prefers the dinosaur art I have in there now. If anyone's interested in it drop me a line. I have a few others as well by Tony and several graphite prelims-

I've been taking group images of art I'm planning to sell and ran across a piece from Dan Frazier I cannot identify. It's the Djinn coming from the lamp -sepia toned looking piece with white chalk 3rd up on the right of the framed Brom. I'll get an independent shot of the piece when I'm able and hop...

T&T was selling Visions boosters that were all rares a few years back. -They guaranteed they were Godpacks and if opened in the presence of a T&T employee they would refund. They were selling for $100 or thereabouts.
I personally opened boxes of Homelands that were all commons.

Gary, You should NEVER contact an "agent". The only artists that actually have one (that is literally an agent) are Donato and Justin Sweet -maybe. As in an "agent" you will be referred to. There's no upside in them doing alterations and I'm skeptical they would ever consider doing one. Same with ot...

At some point I intend to post some extremely early MTG images on my newer blog as well as the story about how I acquired the art. This is awhile out though as I intend to write more on my visits with Clive Barker and elaborate on some later TSR history (which is essentially early WOTC history and r...

"Once upon a time it seems they didn't keep digital files of the art" In the 90's a company ala WOTC/TSR/FASA... generally would have a master proof of the art, an actual high end photograph and positive. Digital files didn't exist in the early-mid 90's like they do today as far as artwork goes. Art...

I wasn't aware of a copy of the art. Unsure why it was needed? I do know what happened with the "original” among other pieces. The other thread is completely incorrect as far as guesses about what occurred in the past. There is no upside in me discussing artworks here on this forum asides from reite...
