Yes, this was combo with Icy. I love the Icy too.
I rember back in 94-95 i was wondering if this mark was because it was a fake cards. But i bought this misprint in a lot of royal 2 years ago.
So i think it may be from the printer ?
But i wonder if it s rare or not and how this could be made.

For sure, if you buy this set, you can t expect better than PSA 8. All the cards look touched. Only a few will get PSA 8 and not because of a fingernail :-D But it s a nice set for a player. Or someone that dream of an alpha set but can t afford a graded one. I would rather get this one than buy raw...
