Looking at the Booster, I presume that you can ask for the Rare as well as you can clearly see that it has been searched.

This is in fact a Summer pack you can tell from the first card although it isn't easy. If the pack has been searched it wasn't by me or the previous owner which I know very well.

what is the value of the pack?

This is not specific to you, but 90/95% of the old valuable clear Booster have been searched, the only way not to have them tampered is to buy a sealed box.You never wanted to know what was inside your Booster, as his value is in the "Sealed" fact, not one single Summer card can match the price of the "Sealed" as far as I remember the value of a Summer Booster.I can understand, I have never looked what was in my Sealed booster Collection or any Sealed products that I own, it always drives crazy the Players that I know, who just want to open them.

thats true.... it would be so awesome if there's serra and shiv in there - would def pay 3 k for those 2 for my collection heh.

Don't forget Serindib Efreet and Mana Vault. Plus you also have to take into consideration if you hit any card worth 2k the rest of the cards will without a doubt pay for the rest of the pack considering all the cards are worth around 80 each.

The following Uncommons and commons are worth a decent amount on there own.

Counterspell
Demonic Tutor
Hypnotic Spector
Lightning Bolt
Serra Angel
Sol Ring
Swords to Plowshares

The tutor alone is 2k and it's uncommon.

I don't collect Summer at all, if so, I will have bought Sealed Boosters when you could still find them at 1000/1500$, or singles for ridiculous prices compare to now, years ago.But I do have a question since Summer cards are so high now, why don't you look what's inside, without opening the booster and make more then the 3k that you ask for the Sealed Booster? If it's a Godly booster, you can have for over 10k of cards in it, just asking out of curiousity

The main reason I won't scan this pack or any other pack for that matter is because it's not worth it in my eye's. I purchased this pack to have it as part of my Summer collection. Since I no longer have time to work on my summer collection there are only a few other pieces I'd like to pick up and that's the only reason why I feel it should go to a better home. If someone is willing to play the pack game then that's up to them. I've never had much luck opening packs and I won't take a chance opening such a rare pack.

I could not resist the temptation and opened up two of my packs...

Got a Lord of Atlantis and a beautiful BoP (it is sooo sweet). So overall I think I did pretty good by trusting my source to have not searched (although they may have and decided not to pop the BoP).

I have 3 more still sealed that I am trying to resist the urge to open. Even though I expect that most people would not believe they have not been searched... There is something to be said for still having a sealed Edgar booster years and years from now. It's kinda nostalgic being from such a legendary set that most people out there still don't even know about.

I say hold onto such a prized possession, and get the cards you seek via other means.

how do you search it? open it up and seal it back professionally?or is the pack transparent enough that you can kind nudge a card up to see the name and repeat the rest?
