I'm still confused. I don't see how there were two different English Cards.

Here is the answer:
Hi Gary,
the box says Made in Belgium and out came the Skulking Ghost with the bluish columns. Bluish are also de, pt, jp and one en so all of those were printed in Belgium. The pale ones (en, fr, sp) are thus from the US.
