I own one of those for years, it's over my door in my MTG room, I need to retreive the info about it, it's in the Archives, got it from one of our Japanese Members, either Apocalypse1150 or Macone.

Hobby Japan releases this bronze trophy for Japanese magic shops.
I'm sorry I don't remember exact release date. This bronze trophy was made around 1999 summer or later.
