The Magic Librarities

It seems that the green mana symbol at the top of my 4E Korena giant growth is like 3/4 to 1/2 the size of a normal mana symbol. Is this how they were all printed?

Yes, this is also true of Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese cards that used the old put-up. The mana symbols (numeric or otherwise) are a litttle smaller than other languages. This goes away in the new put-up, where everything is a little smaller.
