I have my set on the way. My understanding (as limited as it is so far), is that these are promotional items from the suppliers that are meant to be given to the individual stores. Here in my city, there are two suppliers of WotC Magic products. Not sure if both suppliers have this item, or just the one.

They are official WOTC Magnets given to Retailers as a Promo of sorts. Each retailer that gets them should get 5 or 6 sets of the four. With no real directive as to what to use them for I would imagine many will end up on eBay.
