My only suggestion is that these could be released at Worlds this week(end). I doubt they are from GP Beijing as we would have heard more about them. They are all plausible judge promos in my opinion, but unknown how they found their way out of WOTC before the event since WOTC themselves are the TO for Worlds.

As mentioned by the Seller
I received an advance copy of this alternate art DCI foil promo Pernicious Deed from a Wizards of the Coast employee as a personal thank-you gift for my contributions to the DCI judge program. The employee confirmed that it is a newly released special promo card made for Pro Tour judges.
I dunno, im not too sure just for the fact that in the history of DCI promos we've only had 2 alt art cards that I know of, Counterspell and Balance. So now they're gonna pump out 3 at the same time? And with real world flavor text? I thought they were only doing that on core sets now.
Plus the Exalted doesnt look to much like Alexander's style in my opinion. Dunno why they'd give him an angel now anyways, he's mostly given lands.

i think the poeple at wizards had just way to much heroin when ther decided to pump these out but i think Alexander just won a rock paper sissors tournamrent and got his choice of cards to do.
Current projects
Icy Manipulator Global set
The Mountain Project (Oficial name comming soon)
links for lists comming soon.

Well so next time I should read the words and not look at the pictures...dragsamou wrote:Hi Rick.rick21n wrote:but unknown how they found their way out of WOTC before the event since WOTC themselves are the TO for Worlds.

Judges have had the chance as of late to earn additional judge promos directly from WOTC for their assistance in a couple of new projects. Though I would have thought they would have liquidated older promos before releasing brand new ones it is possible that this is where they came from.
At this point I vote for real as he has sold many judge promos in the past.

the program you are referring to is the DCIX program, but they compensation is not judge foils, they are pro-tour foil repacks.Judges have had the chance as of late to earn additional judge promos directly from WOTC for their assistance in a couple of new projects. there is no additional way to get judge foils other than working for a major event, or via the annual mailing.
Never argue with an Idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

True and True at least I would have agreed until these auctions. Though Collin is indeed a unique case due to his judge level and involvment with the process.Dilligaf wrote: the program you are referring to is the DCIX program, but they compensation is not judge foils, they are pro-tour foil repacks.
