Summer Edition Booster Packs & Preconstructed Deck Lists

I was wondering if there was some external way to tell the differance between a regular Revised booster pack and an Edgar pack. I collect sealed packs among other things and the only English pack I need to have a complete collection would be Edgar, but don't know if there is some way to identify them without looking through the pack to see the cards inside.

The other thing I was wondering was if anybody could point me to a site with deck lists from the following sets:

35 card decks from starter sets of: Portal 2, Starter 2000, P3K, Starter 1999, & 9th Edition
Theme Decks from: Portal, Portal 2, Worlds 1997, Worlds 1998, & Pro Tour 1996

summer magic (edgar) booster packs look exactely like revised booster packs.
to my knowledge the only way to know if you have an edgar booster pack is to "scan" it and look for the 1994 copyright date.
