I finally got an answer from WOTC about Salvat cards:

I found some info for you. Salvat is a legitimate seller of Magic. Hasbro Properties Group licensed out the brand to Salvat to make certain special cards not available in the US. The products are currently available in Spain, and I believe they will be sold elsewhere in Europe (but not the US).

Squt, fill me in, what are Salvat cards? I've been out of the loop for awhile...

I'll keep that in mind on my next trip to Spain and get some Salvat Cards! Hopefully they will sell here in Portugal too as most of their publications are.

are all the salvat cards reprints of other cards? or are there actually unique cards.. if so, are they tourney legal in T1/T1.5?
