4th Edition Elvish Archers with 1996 Copyright date

Hey Guys:

We just found a 4th Edition Elvish Archers with a 1996 copyright date. It is in English, and it is otherwise indistinguishable from other 4th edition Elvish Archers. I haven't heard of this variation before, and couldn't find it on the main rarities page. Any info/help identifying this card would be appreciated!
