i dont think they would have made up a flavor text for russian printing so its probilby rules text in italics.
My boxes are on the way, cant wait to dig in an look for misprints. :)

It's a misprint, only insofar as the second paragraph was incorrectly printed in italics. For those that don't read Russian, you can see the card name repeated in that paragraph.
Boxes: @TCGPlayer | Singles: @CardShark | Trades: @PucaTrade

With my very few basics knowledges from russian, I can say that the second paragraph is indeed incorrectly printed in italic.

the sentence between brackets seems to explain what "flying" means. I guess this is because this is the first edition in russian.

The English version has the reminder text, too. All of the 9th flyers do, as far as I know.

this realy dosen't qualify as a misprint but just FYI the russian language on the cards is realy bad and more of a word-to-word translation from english...

Egon

Egon-

If you find any cards that are functionally wrong in the translation, please let us know!

The most wrong translation wording is on Tefery puzzle box

Instead of putting cards on @bottom of library@ wrote @ put on top, then draw that many cards@
Better be lucky then good

Craw Wurm

Post by stewr » Thu Oct 06, 2005 1:25 am

I think that the russian Craw Wurm has a lot of text in the rules font, but there shouldnt be any rules in that text box.

I dont have the card yet, so I am not 100% sure

Looks like WotC made the oldest mistake in the book - they didn't use native translators...
I used to work in a translation agency and this kind of stuff happened a lot if we used translators who didn't speak the language nativly to translate difficult or realy specific text.

EDIT: I'll try to look into this more with our russian players...
