Guildpact Misprints

I just got a Seeds of Strength with two short gray lines on the black border, like if it were a scratch or something.

My Burning-Tree Shaman has a little circle inside one of the letters in the name. Like an ink spill. It's not cool and running across the whole card, it's not a weird tint or anything. Am I right in assuming this makes this worth less than a normal BTS?

I've been able to see at least one of every foil card from guildpact at this point. I have seen no new misprints that have not already been mentioned. I have seen normal versions of the foil Shadow Lance and Thunderheads (without the missing text or #). It looks like the misprints may be common, but that normal versions exist too.

Thanks monkey. i think at this point it's safe to say that those are probably the only 3 foil misprints in the set!
