The fact he's auctioning the 2 most playable commons from the set (maybe Slivers to come too?) could mean he's (finally) finishing these ? It looks like he opened up a full booster box of them ! :-O

These came out of chinese 5th edition boosters?? That doesn't make any sense at all. Those 2 sets were released almost a year apart.

Hi Tim.
5TH Edition S-Chinese was released in 1993-1998
Stronghold was released in 1997,except for Korea and Traditional Chinese in 1998
Do we know exactely when was launched the 5TH Edition S-Chinese?
The question of the 5TH Edition S-Chinese Booster is a Total mystery for me,so we really need to get more infos.I have invited one of the owner to answer those.

It would be interesting to compare 2 same cards, maybe these are also testprints with different colorg radings or something.

The Stronghold prerelease was 1998-02-21. I assumed Chinese 5th was released the same time as the rest of 5th, in 1997, but since the copyright matching that found on Exodus, maybe these sets were closer together than I thought.

Just so you know he has cards of all colors and when i saw them in person there was no Mana Leak so this is starting to get quite sketchy.
