I have about 200 of these; I got a little less than half the contents of an 8E box that was entirely filled with blanks (didn't get an unopened pack of blanks, natch).

Huh?  Acetone is nail polish remover, right?  Does it remove the colors off of a card or something?

Hi.
April's Fool was yesterday  ;)
Well, the kid I bought them from had bought three cases because he wanted a foil Birds (which, coincidentally, he said he didn't get), and that there were occasional blanks in the common, frequent blanks in the uncommon, and very occasional blanks in the rare slot in all of the boxes.

Er, I think I get what you mean--no, this was not "he opened a booster and found 15 blanks."

i have bought  A LOT OF BOXES and have never, ever found one single filler.
If that guy that sold you this........stuff, said he got them from those few boxes......
then he's a fraud!

Trust me, he DID use acetone and yes, you can rub everything clean of a magiccard with acetone!

Well, I'd be happy to send you (or someone else) one for free, and you can check it to see if that's what happened, or if it's a filler.

Who would be the person to send it to?

If you live in the US, i would say..mintcollector, if you live in Europe, i would say..Dragsamou.

If you live in the Netherlands, then it would be me.

Great!  Where's mintcollector's address hiding?  (And will he know it's coming and what to do with it?)

Oh, and wouldn't this also rub some of the ink off of the back, even if you were very, very careful?  There's no sign of that on these.

yes it would, but i have managed to de-ink foil cards (i use them as flashy proxies :P) and leave the backs intact.. it takes some practice, but its possible.
Never argue with an Idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Private message him.  He is a good guy.  I am sure he can help.

As I already said, I suspect that would leave markings on the back.  None are present on these.
