Japanese MPS lands

Ive hit a bit of a conundrum. They seem to sell extremely high on eBay, and they arent terribly easy to get here in Japan. Even Yahoo Auction Japan they sell pretty highly.
If I was going to sell these, what exactly would I value them at?

I have no idea what you want for them.
How about the (price you payed + ebay.com price)/2 ?
that sounds fair.

Has somebody an idea what MPS means? These cards are constantly sold under this label on ebay.

The ebay price seems to be 'really damn high', as in $25 or something.

Well i was talking to my store guy bceause it was FNM today, and basically the MPS stores get them and give them out as presents to guys who buy lots of packs. They arent allowed to sell them.
