Foil Deckmasters Incinerate

are these worth anything? I didn't even know they existed at all but a friend had one over the weekend which suprised me. I checked out ApathyHouse's Price Lookup tool and it didn't even list these...so I'm wondering how much they're worth (especially considering Incinerate is going to be in 10th edition next year).

They're worth about 5-6€ in France (yeah, I know, we're expensive).
