forgive my ignorance, but what do you mean by 'strategic planning'?

And isn't there a Japanese Shard Phoenix promo out there too? I don't think i've ever seen one available on ebay...

OH...and:

Assasin: $30-$60
Dragon: $40-$80

I think I picked both of mine up for under $30, but it has been a long time since i've seen either available anywhere.

10/15 Euros in France.
The Japanese Shard Phoenix exist and some of them were offered on Ebay during the JSS season.

I personally think Strategic Planning is pretty cool in several Vintage decks (abuses Accumulated Knowledge for example, is useful after a Brainstorm etc.)

I have 4 English NM I was planning to put up on Ebay soon but if any members here want to make an offer I'll hold them for some time.
