Foil DCI Crystalline Sliver

I have been looking high and low and cannot seem to find this card.  I haven't found any on ebay or cardshark and I can't find a store with one.  I collect DCI Foils and just can't find this card.  Any info on where to obtain one or why they seem so rare would be appreciated.  

Also let me know if you have one for trade.

I've been looking for one for ages.  There was a problem with the distribution (rumor has it they were stolen).

Somehow I missed that thread when searching.  I do remember last year looking at an ebay auction and telling myself not to buy it sonce I could probably just trade for it. :'(
