How much more are signed cards worth than unsigned?

I'm also aware of at least 1 artist who, while living, refuses to have anything to do with Magic anymore and won't sign cards.
who?
Kev Brockschmidt
Uh, you sure? I am quite sure i emailed him recently, and he said he'd sign.

Katherine Rathke also refuses to sign/sell magic proofs. Dunno why.

Maybe he had a change of heart, but it used to be true. A friend of mine who was trying to get a complete signed beta set complained about it often.

Here's the response that I got when I sent an email to Kevin Brockschmidt last month asking if he would sign some cards for me.

"Sure, Ed, send 'em on over."

Does anyone know if the website listed for Eric Peterson above is correct? I checked it out and there is no mention of mtg. Does anyone have any experience getting cards signed by him?

I would like to get my Venezie Euro Island signed by him so that it matches my signed Guru Island :)

If no one knows I'll probably email the website and ask, but thought I would check here first before I bothered the guy.

I love Wikipedia :)

I didn't see a link to a website for Mr. Gelon or Mr. Kirschner.
