Thank you, whenever I will have all the pics in HQ quality, I will add the IDW Variant covers, but I still miss some, so for now the regular ones only. The Variants Covers can be find here, in between:

I like the total layout pictures but I like to see the card inserts in the pictures.

I any case, I think the total layout is much better than just an index. I'll bet it is a challenge to scan and lay out though.

In following links in the above I noted two things I think you will want to correct:

1) In the section Media inserts>Duelist inserts>The Duelist Oversize Cards:

a) the advertisement link to Cardhaus Games doesn't function. Eric sold the business and I think that site no longer exists.

b) The comment on GenCon needs to be changed to: GenCon is a large gaming convention taking place in Indianapolis, Indiana. In May 2002 it was taken over by Peter Adkison, former Chief Executive Officer of Wizards of the Coast.

There are no plans to retry Calif or Europe for convention sites. Those were experimental probes that could not be supported by the gaming industry.

Hi Gary

This is not possible for a lot of reasons:
Cards are a lot of times inside the pages of a magazine or inserted in the back.
Cards are a lot of times not showing the front but only the back
Taking a pic of a sealed issue provides most of the time an ugly one and ruining the front cover, and finding HQ sealed issue is not an easy task for older magazines or comics
Etc...
That's why inserted cards are mentioned in the index of the different magazines or comics.

a)Fixed, whenever you see an internal link taking you on the old website, mentioned it to me, as those old pages are obsolete and need to be replaced by the newest ones.

b)According to Gencon wikipedia
Gencon International took place in a lot of European countries as well as Australia and in California up to 2009, so the sentence should be modificated mentioning those historical info.

The sentence I suggested would be more politically correct.

I guess I should ask Peter how to phrase it. The Calif shows were a let down as they just were not supported by the industry. Players loved them but GenCon lost money on them. It was a delecate subject for awhile--probably not anymore though.
The company moved to the idea of licensing the conventions in Europe. I think that GenCon itself only conducted one or two (GenCon UK at least). Most likely any others that were done were licensed to someone.

I helped conduct a survey at Essen one year to see what the reception would be. Many dealers were supportive and interested but most had the same questions: Where would it be(what country) and what language should they bring products in. Difficult questions for a US company to know how to answer. In this was the key to the central issue though. "gaming conventions" in Europe were (at that time) focused on selling and marketing, not on people coming to play games.

Just never came together.

With the scans that berkumps and Antonio have sent me I have started working on the Prerelease section.

2010 is finished (one upgrade on it's way)
2011 I have sent the scans needed to finish this year including both sides of the Mayor of Avabruk.
5 scans sent for the Conventions section.

Only several hundred more to go. ......

Again with thanks for the scans that berkumps and Antonio have sent me progress is being made in the prerelease section.

2012 is finished. It is the largest year to date with 90 scans.
2013-14 will be a marathon.

Thanks for the help guys, working together we will make hamburger out of this elephant.
