Patrick,
What was the fairy tale of the Day? That these exist? Or that more than one exist?
For me, the claim of two 2 decks discovered increases the probability that they are real, and came about by accident.
This is because pre-constructed decks are the likely source of these cards, and Wizards typically produces two pre-constructed decks on a single full sheet. This allows them to collate the decks efficiently. If a single sheet of wrong-backed cards got processed then there should be two wrong-backed decks as a result.
If only one deck got out I would think it more likely to be an inside employee job. The cards might still be real, but I would think they got out only because an employee was supposed to destroy them and didn't.

As I said to the "nice" guy who told me this story, there are a lot of printing mistakes in a printing company. The more you print, the more mistakes you have.
I wonder if WOTC, when they learn how high the cards go on Ebay, think we are completely nuts... And what they think about these misprints ? Anyone knows ?

Two guys from here, with whom I am chatting regularly like to tell me Fairy Tales about Magic before I go to bed. Then I get a sleepless night.hammr7 wrote:Patrick,

I thought about the Harry Potter backs, but could never imagine they came to life one day.
Did you frame your Uncut Sheet of Pokemon backs ?
I never heard of the HP-backed Magic cards before, so I read the 20-page topic. What a story! =D>
My cat collection and my Scathe Zombies collection
Do you have cards that I'm looking for? Let me know!

No, because I haven't yet found a nice Plexiglases frame of the appropriate size. There is no use for a frame that hides either the front or the back. I already have uncut sheets of both Magic and Pokemon cards. Since I can't protect this one properly it is locked away.magic-belgium wrote:

I've been told by Gamingjim that the 1st deck was bought by a WOTC employee to be destroyed, & the second deck was bought by a silent member of the community here. Believe what you will, as there is an article about this 1st deck claiming otherwise.
