Question about Ebay

Hi, I listed a bunch of chafe from MTGO drafts on ebay and then some random npb loser bids and wins auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0401729981

What should I do?

First, it's only been a day. You have to wait at least 7 before you can report a NPB. After 7 days, if there's still no payment, go here:

His ID is NPB and he sent me a smart a$$ email already is why I was asking... I'd hate to have to deal with Ebay stuff frequently :-\

seems they arent a registered user anymore.. file for fee credit, relist and next time, indicate in the options for listing, to not accept bids from 0 fb ppl
