I think the seller should lower the grading of the card to somewhere between an optimistic Very Good to a conservative Good, based on the seller's grading scale. #-o

Just my opinion.

Are you amused by the "Also card may or may not have been played." part of the NM grade definition?

I was kinda interested in the adds at the top. I didn't realize the Shivan Dragon had been elevated to Legendary.
