What's all this about "New-look boosters"?

Is this just fancy packaging with an ordinary booster inside?

Just so it can be hung up?

Doesn't look like third party packaging.

Not 3d party packaging but I have only seen them in the mass market (but haven't paid any attention anywhere else either).

just a hanger.

If you want I'll get you a set but I'm not sure you want to go there. Actually I like them much more than the old blisters.

That's the version of single booster packs that you find in walmart that started with 2013. It's a HORRID design, because they can be easily snapped open on the bottom and the booster taken out, and you wouldn't notice until you picked it up.

Well, like Gryfalia said it started with 2013.

I have only seen them in the mass market stores.

Gryfalia, do they send them to dealers that way too?? I wouldn't think so but never can tell with them.

I'm thinking "you know where" will not be the place to look. Nobody is going to buy them a pack at a time in a MM store and then try an sell them online and ask for extra shipping because of the weight.

Usually WotC direct sales only trots these out to stores when they are out of the normal product and aren't going to reprint. So no, we've not seen offers on any at all.
