It is even worse than that. If you read the text of the auction it says that the card is actually a basic land that was made into a proxy... only their printer ran out of ink.

Wow.

So it's a failed attempt at a proxy of a $3 card and it sells for $27.

There is some gloss left on it so I'd wager that it was a BOP originally and not a land. Printers don't really run out of ink like that half way through printing any how. I suspect they were planning on printing the bottom half and turning it into a full art bird but then ran out ink. Either way... $27?????????

Now, just because someone offers you a bridge doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't have one to sell. They might just be destined to do time for selling it.
