For what it is worth and no ability to evaluate it, when I attempted to access the top link I got a warning from Google Chrome saying a known malware source was on the site.
Just saying.

no risk, happens sometimes when you change language/location on websites
or it is because I posted the link while I had logged in to my ebay, then it tries to reconnect whent you go on the link
