it's a deal !!! The guy just don't want to sell it.
For example the green ward was at 3500$, he had some offers at 2700$ and below, turn them down all, and then place it at 6000+$....

I agree that it is not meant to sell. It has been there forever. I have no idea why you discount when you don't want to sell. If he wanted to sell, it would be sold a long time ago...
