Yes, thought I saw something about this on another thread. No one has reported actually seeing any of the Chinese yet though!
I think there has been some announcements like this in the past that were more wishful thinking on the part of WotC than reality...
No factual reality though.

Thanks for the link, I have got in touch with the seller to see if he can get me some sealed boosters, I have had no luck so far.
