Hell, topless is PG-12 here...

I mean, come on, IMO, this whole 'PG' stuff is bullshit. Look whats on tv these days...

Nowadays PG-13 movies are what was R rated a couple of years ago.  Anything seems viewable to people now.

Nudity?  Well you certainly are pretty.  Thank you for the link.  Good luck with future news (I can't read francais, but something about Playboy?), and thanks for visiting this site, most of us have appreciated it.

when i lived in England i traveled alot to france, and from what i remember Nudity is not really considered obscene there.

topless models adorn posters in shop windows and billboards.. especially in the south of france

its probably limited to that, and anything south of the equator would be under limitations, but the french are a pretty easy going group of people

It certainly isn't limited to that.  French TV, after about 100 PM, has movies that would make cable tv networks blush (especially on weekends).

In fact, as far back as the 70's, French TV commercials were quite risque (at least by by British and US standards).  Perrier won awards with one that couldn't be shown on American TV.  A soothing hand helped a bottle of Perrier pop its top in a very erotic way.

This isnt just France, England has a "watershed" at around 9pm, after which just about anything short of hardcore pornography goes..

funny story: i saw my first televised naked woman on the BBC.. Monty Python's Life of Brian (when the girl walks about of Brians bedroom).  it was around 10pm and not edited at all.

Not unless they want to get in trouble.  The problem with handling such requests for a 13 year old is that people are bound by the rules where that 13 year old lives.  Since you don't live in France, the pictures might as well be rated "R".

I don't know what you are so hung up about.  There are parts of the US where the age of consent varies throught the US, and is not always 18 as many people are led to believe.

Here is a link on worldwide Age of Consents, and they break up the US by state near the bottom.

http://www.ageofconsent.com/

You can click on each country or state to see what the exact laws are.   The law in Mississippi changed in 1998 to 16.  Prior to that it used to be 13 as an example.

I read this in an article back in the late 80s and was amazed and fascinated that certain states/countries allowed such a variety in sexual law and what different views were even in a single country.

You have countries like Oman that have no age of consent, and thus sex with even a child would be legal, but then you go to countires like Madagascar and you have to be 21 to have sex, and therefore married.  Some countries do not allow for sex outside of marriage.

In the US you have such a wide range as well.  Currently you have Iowa and South Carolina with ages of 14, but then you can go to more religious states like Viriginia and it goes to 18 and all homosexual activity is illegal by law.

I bet you may have not even known that Minnesota had an AOC of 16.

What is shocking is the USA travelling citizens link:
http://www.ageofconsent.com/uscitizens.htm

Please note that I am aware that you did ask about ages of marriage, but often these are tied close to AOC, but may or may not correlate exactly.
