So we have sections for Inquest and Duelist fantasy cards, what about cards like this:

Or this, which was designed but never printed:

the article makes it sound like these cards could actually exist, even if in small numbers. do they?

I fell for this too. Thanks to I0qii for pointing out the date:

Ya, I got all excited at the possibility of hunting down a Curse of Nazir book promo. Now I'm kind of disappointed.

although that curse card would be a really cool to have, I'm more upset that I didn't notice the date of the article the first time I read it.

I had seen both articles a long time ago--didn't realize it was so long ago.

A thought about the original question.

Many things are designed and never hit the production cycle. I guess it would be like proto type cars that are just that and never are produced as originally designed.

These are no more odd than some of the stuff on this site and actually more "MTG" than some of those things. Individual interest would decide if someone wanted to put a picture/link or other reference to them in a binder or some such.

Certainly there could be mention of them, an index page of links to "what might have been" but I would think that would be a very low priority issue. As far as including the information on this site it seems that would be next to reproducing everything WotC ever published.... Might be best to just reference their site for what is already done.
