Hmm, didn't pay anything for my 4, and kept them because they were a gift..makes me happy to see them finally released!

OWNED. I knew they'd do this eventually; they did it with the Disenchant, and now they're doing it with the Crystalline. I'd love to hear the full story behind why they're releasing it now.

I believe PWNED better represents this situation. I paid $100 for mine a while ago, yet this news does not bother me. I just wish they released them a year ago before nwsportscards.com sold the ridiculous amounts of playsets they had on ebay (Conveniently they were located in WA). They started by releasing a playset per month, but then upped the ante to one/week after a while. They must've known something like this was on the horizon.

from what my friend told me, these were given out at PT hollywood side events. Not a lot but few were released

True story, people were trying to get rid of them desperately before anyone figured it out.

I presume it will be fairly high for an FNM promo in times to come. Apparently not that many were given out. (then again wiz does indeed not like having their cards stolen and resold)

I don't think the card will loose to much of it's worth, since I assume they did not reprint them, but just release what they have left...
By the way I paid much more than 80USD long time ago $:-\$
