Gifts Given promo missing stamp

Merlyn on MTGSalvation has a Gifts Given promo that is missing the "Happy Holidays" stamp.

The bad news is that he has been offered 700 EUROS on it and has declined. He's looking to sell, but I guess he wants more than that. Has anyone else ever seen one of these?

700 euros is nuts......whoever is offering that should be shot and killed...and if I was him, I would of already taken it, before the buyer realizes how big of an idiot he is for spending that much on a misprinted foil.....and I thought the guy who wanted $150 bucks for the misprinted Foil Memory Jar was high on his price....
