Just got a letter from Wotc, included a form letter thanking me for my efforts and a Dark Ritual.

Huge, heavy duty envelope so the A4 letter wasn't folded, with the card just floating around in the bottom.

So I guess we (judges) are all getting them? I'll post more when I have asked my local guys.

Cheers!

Glad I got one in the mail, but I can only agree that the shipping method was...painfully overpriced yet inadequate. At least a sleeve or SOMETHING...
He's just this guy, ya know?

I have heard of a bunch of ppl getting them bent, wet, mangled due to the minimal protection. They could have avoided the wet factor by putting it in the same wrappers they use for player rewards.

Maybe this means there will be a market for Gem Mint Dark Ritual Judge Promos? (Good luck with your MINT playset Chris!)

Got one me too in the same type of envelope.
It seems I am very lucky since it arrived in a pretty nice condition.
I'll check the number as soon as I get home. :)

I agree - they did that with the VT/Deranged Hermit Mail-out, if I remember correctly? There were four cards in a pack together... or maybe they were loose too... anyone help with that one? I'm a bit foggy on the other two cards also... Hammer of Bogardan and Ball Lightning?

I do remember the Balance mail-out though - just a card floating around in an envelope (a regular envelope this time, with a regular folded letter)

Sorry this post didn't add much - for extra content, most of my local judges have received their Dark Rituals - no reports of damage.
