I think they will abide by their "no reprint" list that was published--though I do think they changed that at least once.

AH! Now I remember, the "Reserved" list. Forgot the real name---however I don't seem to find Berserk on it.

That's a list of banned and restricted cards. cards on the reserved list are in italics.

I'm hoping that Mana Crypt made it in the set. This way WotC could finally say that you had the opportunity to actually purchase new each card that ends up getting played in tournaments. I bet that there's no chance of confirmation until the set comes out... :-(
