I got two from different sellers here in Germany:

the first one I payed 75 Euro at a local store [!] ](*,)
the second one I preordered at an internet-store and payed 30 Euro for it :-P

I don't think that they only end bad for the Germans - they will end bad for Americans, Russians, Chinese etc... e. g. topic "Torture in Prisons" or "Human Rights" or "Reaons for a War" or ... the list is endless

My supplier ordered 6 and got 2.
One was for me.
Only 22 euro.
I'm lucky.
