DCI numbers are not being used with promos as of the release of Innistrad. Instead, there is a 5-point star before the card's set number, and the program/purpose is listed afterwards. Known programs include: Buy a Box, FNM, Game Day, Gateway, Launch, League, & Prerelease.

Thanks MUCH Clay. Good Job. Alexis should hire you to make some indexes for the board. Two would help greatly just in the Promo Section (woops forgot the board isn't organized that way)--well two indexes for promo cards, card names and card #, with the location on the board would greatly facilitate finding things.

I also want to say (brag) that I have now collected 72.90% of the promos I want for my collection (of 1,568 so far). sadly, most of them are back in the U.S. right now :(

what's your source for the as-yet unreleased promos? do you own or work at a game store, or just really close to someone who is? Don't say eBay.

They were shown on Salvation yesterday so I believe that the NPH Gateway kits have started to arrive at the LGS's.

Are there duplicates, or is this figure good for unique cards ???

My promo collection is now at 73.31% (of 1,585), and have more on the way :)

For my collection I want 2 copies of each legal size promo, and 1 copy of each oversize promo. So I have two copies of most of the legal size promos.

I have 607 different English promos, or 75.5% of the (804) English promos that have been printed thus far. I also have 65 (of 94) different foreign promos without an English equivalent, or 69.15% of them.

this is my promo collection by the numbers :)

FYI I don't count cards from printings such as the duel decks, box sets, salvat/hachette, etc as promos.

I count 169 oversize promos:

10 2007 Italian Tourneys
94 6"x9"
52 Box topppers
10 MPR
3 Time Spiral Akroma promos

I count a total of 42 Schemes, Planes, and Vanguard cards also. I consider them separate from oversize cards, since they only appear in the size they are printed, instead of being oversize versions of cards printed in the legal size.
